International Conference of the International Association for the Study of Edith Stein's Philosophy

Attendance with presentation

Registration and payment of the conference fee in this modality entails:

- Access to the conference.
- Certificate of attendance.
- Right to the evaluation by the scientific committee of a maximum of one paper in online synchronous or face-to-face mode.
- Certificate for the presented paper.
- After review and selection by the Scientific Committee, the best texts presented at the Congress may be published in Cuadernos de pensamiento (CIRC B) or in a volume published by Peter Lang (Q2). The rest of the papers may be published in a monograph edited by the Catholic University of Avila in digital format with ISBN. 

Registration fee: 80€.

(*) In the event that a paper has several co-authors (up to a maximum of 3), each of them will have to register and pay the corresponding registration fee.
(**) In the event that the paper is rejected by the committee, the registration fee will be refunded to the applicant upon request.
 

REGISTRY

To participate as a communicator you need to register.

You will receive a welcome email with the activation of your account (check your SPAM folder if you have not received it after a few minutes). From there you will be able to access the platform using your credentials in the link:

https://congresoedithsteinavila.es/acceso

Afterwards, you will have to pay via PayPal or a bank card and you will have access to your personalised desktop where you can upload your paper, view the content shared at the conference and obtain your official certificate of attendance and publication. 

*IMPORTANT*. the certificates can be downloaded from the section on the desktop of your account, they will be available approximately 1 month after the end of the congress.


NEW COMMUNICATION

To create a "New Communication"(button accessible from your desktop). We recommend that you check the available thematic lines beforehand as you will need to select one during the process.

You can participate as a signatory in a maximum of 1 communication.

The communication proposal may have up to a maximum of 3 signatories, once it has been uploaded by the first signatory, the latter may add up to 2 additional signatories that will be displayed in a drop-down list with the participants of the congress.

*IMPORTANT*. due to the process described above, only the following should be uploaded a single communication instead of one for each signatory that is part of it.


MANAGING COMMUNICATION

Once you have uploaded your communication, you will be able to see its revision status (carried out by the coordinators of the thematic line in which it has been uploaded) from the section "...".My communications"(button accessible from your work desk).

You will also be able to view the details of the communication through the "See"and you will be able to add additional signatories to your communication (if any) on the same details screen with the "Add signatories“.

Once the abstract is approved, you can upload the chapter of the communication in the same details section by clicking on the " " button.Add chapter“.

Attendance only

- You cannot present papers. 

Registration fee: 30€.

To participate as an Assistant it is necessary to register.

You will receive a welcome email with the activation of your account (check your SPAM folder if you have not received it after a few minutes). From there you will be able to access the platform using your credentials in the link:

Afterwards, you will have to pay via PayPal or a bank card and you will have access to your personalised desktop from where you will be able to view the content shared at the congress and obtain your official certificate of attendance.
